Why I’m not going to gain it all back this time:
1. This time I’m not on a “diet”
2. This time I’m not planning to eat “normal” again once I reach my goal
3. This time I have learned to embrace hunger, not just feel bad about eating
4. This time I haven’t just changed my routine, I’ve changed the entire way I think about food.
5. This time I have tumblr.
